The college program was different from what I was expecting, which also complicated the experience. Months after landing my dream job at Disney World, I got laid off amid the coronavirus pandemic. Students currently enrolled in a college or university in the U.S., or those who have graduated in the past 24 months, are eligible to apply. I worked at Disney World through the Disney College Program. They will be one step closer to the magic with an accelerated application process, be among the first to stay in our brand-new Flamingo Crossings Village housing community, study the magic in innovative educational facilities, enjoy uniquely Disney experiences just for program participants, and so much more. Over the past year, the Disney Programs experience was reimagined, and participants can create, experience and study the magic like never before. Students are guaranteed at least 30 hours per week and may be scheduled for 50+ hours per week during peak periods. Pay is 11.00 13.25/hour, depending on the role. Disney Animation Immersive Experience, step inside the magic.
